ENTREPRENEURSCHOOL PROJECT PLANNING

WORK PROGRAMME

Work package 1-Need analysis for developing this project.

Duration of this phase: 7 months

Start of the project: 01/11/07

Deadline: Finland will propose which week of May 2008

Tasks to implement during this phase

1- Agreement upon the structure of the material to be supplied and upon the timetable (1^st transnational meeting – Elgoibar, 28-30 November 2007).

2- Elaboration of the documentation describing/representing the 3 models. Each partner (Finland, Spain, Portugal) will submmit the 3 models one month before the 2nd transnational meeting. The Structure of the documentation provided will be:

1. Introduction.

2. Background of the model.

3. The model.

Estimated amount of materials to be submitted: around 30 pages.

Deadline: The end of March 2008.

3- Elaboration of the reports on the VET situation in the target countries:

1. The Romania and Latvia (IMH will inform them) should provide information and data about the vocational educational training system and the needs of innovation and experience transfer. The end of March.

4- Agreement upon the next steps: guidelines for the didactic materials to be developed.

1. To be discussed in the 2^nd transnational meeting (Finland – April-May 2008).

2. Validation process: The Finland partners suggest to invite their colleagues from Finland involved in Entrepreneurship to the 2^nd transnational meeting -.

5- Check the budget for the extra transnational meeting included in this planning and not in the original project submmitted to Leonardo Agency.

6- IMH will consult if the project implementation could be the disposition of the Didactic Material.

OUTPUT of this phase: 3 models

Work package 2-Development of the Didactic Material

Duration of this phase:8 months.

Start: June 2008

Deadline: 30 January 2009

Tasks to implement during this phase

1- The partners of the project that have the three models should provide the contents one week before the 3^rd transnational meeting.

2- Disscuss what we have done in order to elaborate the prototype of the Didactic Material (Didactic Unit and the Teachers´ Manual) and we should get the agreement for the final product.- 3^rd transnational meeting in late October 2008 in Portugal (Lisbon). The meeting could be 23 and 24 October.

3- Elaboration of the prototype of the didactic materials

Deadline: end Nov. Deadline: 15 December

4- Translation of the Didactic Material to Romanian Language.Deadline for receiving the Didactic Material will be: 30 January

5- CD production.

OUTPUT of this phase: Didactic Material (CD and Teachers´ Manual)

Workpackage 3 – Pilot Project Implementation.

Duration of this phase: 9 months.

Start: 01/02/09

Deadline: 30/10/09

Tasks to implement during this phase

1- Getting contact with the target schools.(With the agreement of the Ministry of Education). 2 Weeks task.

2- Prepare the teachers for applying the Didactic Material localised (adapted to the reality of Romanian Education System) and Latvia System. Two weeks.

3- Implementation: usage of the Didactic Material. Four weeks.

4- General report of the implementation. Two weeks.

5- Transnational meeting/Conference in Romania: April-May 2009. Could change. The proposal of the date will come from the partners of Romania.
